Its saved in my gallery but doesn't move; its still and it reads "gif" on the upper right in a bubble. Before saving this gif I was able to view it from the download screen the first time. It's in my gallery and I cant view the gif it just remains a still picture with the word "gif." This is a brand new phone.

my kitten walked all over my laptop while i was on youtube and now all the videos suggestion for any videos are gone for instance when you watch a video there should be video suggestions on side of it and if you scroll down there's even an option to load more suggestions also when you finish watching a video there should be many mini square which are video suggestions. All of that is gone and i want to get video suggestions back! Please help!!!!!!!!!

it's 1gb when i insert it, it say windows need to instal driver software generic-multi card usb device. I even clicked to find it online (recomended) but i know that not gonna work because it's not a device im intsalling all it is, Is a memory card! so i can get my pictures and videos.
