I need advice.

I was terminated by my employer last October due to redundancy. 

My Notice of Termination said that I will receive redundancy pay with my last pay.

I'm already done with my clearance and yesterday, an HR employee emailed me my ITR, COE, Final Pay package and quitclaim waiver.They said I need to sign those documents and pass it to the HR in order for them to credit my last pay and redundancy pay.

They told me I should sign the quit claim waiver which states that the company has already paid me, BUT they haven't payed me yet.

The HR told me it was a new process implemented by finance.

I'm scared of being duped.

Should I sign the quit claim waiver before I get my last paycheck? What can I do?

My girlfriend in the past kept on saying she wants to go travel to Hong Kong, so on her birthday I suprised her with plane tickets but she flat out rejected me. She s also making a lot of excuses of why she can t go. I feel flat out rejected and I don t feel loved. In the past months i have been feeling that my girlfriend is neglecting our relationship. And whenever I open this to her she gets mad and always treathens to break up with me. it's my girlfriend's birthday today, we were eating lunch with her mom and her friend...my birthday gift to her was a trip to Hong Kong. it was a surprise. I thought she would be grateful and happy about it, but she wasn't. She began bitching, "I work at a hospital, I can't take a leave for 3 days. I won't come with you." I was so heartbroken. She takes 3-day work leaves for her sister and family, how come she can't take a 3 day leave for a trip to Hong Kong? I already paid for the ticket and everything. I thougth she would be happy. I am really crushed. Why would she act that way? She isn't een grateful?

My tooth, a molar has been aching so much since last Sunday that I visited a dentist 2 days ago, she Xrayed the tooth and found out I have a tooth infection and it is deep. The dentist prescribed to me some painkillers and told me to take antibiotics 2 times a day for 5 days then to go back to her for check up. She said afer 5 days if the infection is gone eiher we extract the tooth or i have a root canal. It is day 2 and the painkillers isnt working, I am in more pain than ever before. i called up my dentist about this and said to just wait it out until day 5. BUT i am in pain and the pain killers isnt working! Should I get a 2nd opinion for an alternative? What should I do?

I dropped my Nikon D3000 and it says the shutter release button has been disabled. I went to a camera repairshop and the man there said they will just clean the motor and it'll take 45 minutes before my camera gets fixed. 45 minutes has passed and the repairman said the motor isn't working and he'll just call me once it is fixed. He said he may have to replace the motor. It's been 3 days and he hasn't called yet. What should I do and why isn't the motor working? I feel like I'm getting scammed by this repairman.

I'm in love with my now girlfriend but I wish she can show more dedication to our relationship like the desire my ex is showing me today. What can I do? And why are girls like that?
