Question about the phrase "Merry Christmas"?

Ok...1st, I am NOT trying to offend anyone but, I was thinking about this the other day....Less and less people are saying Merry Christmas because they are afraid of being "politically incorrect". Why can we not say that anymore but everyone around the world has accepted a calendar based on a specific religion. I am aware that there are other calenders out there but, it is universally accepted that the year is 2008 A.D. which is based on the existence of Jesus Christ. Kind of weird no?

Generally I stick to P&S but this didn't fit. So I tried...and they just aren't as cool as P&S

I tried it and it worked fine for about 2 weeks..I ended up taking it back. Anybody else have problems with it?

totally bored right now? I don't really have a question but I've gotten tired of answering so I thought I'd ask one. Tell me something interesting and the most creative gets the points.

I've seen ads for everything from medical transcription to assembling cd cases, stuffing envelopes etc...any of them legit and if so...can you provide info on the company etc?

the fact that there is a spell checker on here and yet there seems to be an abundance of really messed up questions with so many misspelled words you can hardly decipher them?

It seems like every month right before my menstrual cycle I tend to have really bizarre nightmares that make me more tired when I wake up than when I went to bed. Could it be from a change in hormones? If so, is there anything I can do about it?

I've had HBP since 19, now 32 I'm on norvasc and maxide but other than basic blood tests no ones ever checked anything else. My average BP is usually around 148/100. Several times it's been as high as 180/123. My doctor says I don't need a specialist but he keeps switching my meds without really checking anything. I told him I started having pains in my right upper abdomen and he blew it off because it's not a side affect of the maxide and added the norvasc. I'd like to know what tests there are out there that can tell me if I have heart or kidney problems. Both parents have had heart attacks as well as 3 of my 4 grandparents so I'm really worried. I excercise 3 times a week and have an active job. I am overweight but I feel like there is something else causing it. Even when I was 30 pounds thinner my pressure still ran just as high. I avoid sodium as much as I can because I do retain water but my salt intake seems to have no effect either way on the pressure.
