Where can I find a bill from the US Congress from 1954?
Specifically, I'm looking for the bill that was passed adding "Under God" to the Pledge of Allegance.

Are you looking for the bill, or the law?
The original bill may have been different, and would be available in the Congressional record. You'd need to check a research library (maybe at a university or law school) for the Congressional record.)
Here is a link to the statute as it currently exists:

Here is a link to notes to that statute:
http://caselaw.lp.findlaw.com/casecode/uscodes/4/chapters/1/sections/section_4_notes.html
The notes (official) say:
On June 15, 1954, Congress passed and President
Eisenhower signed into law a statute that was clearly consistent
with the text and intent of the Constitution of the United
States, that amended the Pledge of Allegiance to read: 'I pledge
allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America and to the
Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible,
with liberty and justice for all.'
They don't show the prior state of the law. Here is a good history of the Pledge. It has a point of view, which you may or may not agree with, but the facts are good:
