It was cause by a bleb on my lung, they went in and surgically removed 3 more that would have caused more problems later. Doc says I shouldnt do any exercises which would be cardio. That pretty much eliminates any exercise i know. Just want to do something that wont cause a strain on my bad lung. Is a stationary bike at a very slow pace ok, docs wont say. I am a active 30 Y.O. or was till this happened. now i am told to sit still as I am fragile, what the hell, lol. just a little more insight here.

I would think there would be some light exercises you can do. I wouldn't run a mile or do anything extremely strenuous just yet. You got to take it easy and ask your physician when would be a good time to get back to a regular work out routine.
