Extreme greed in Latin America has easily made him popular. The elite and powerful of these countries can only keep the masses down for so long. I don't think he has to govern with a iron fist like Saddam Hussein. At times he acts like a clown. I think there has to be compromises on both sides to make it better for all concerned...Show more
