Not a silly question....actually a hard thought provoking one if u re-read it. I wouldnt call living on earth paradise, not for alot of people, but I do consider it a privelege to wake up and breath everyday. We are only given so much time here; how we use it is up to us. As far as death being the key to all answers or to paradise, some would like to believe so, but I think that depends on how u use your time here, living, that will portray whether u truly rest in peace later.

This is pointless question. But EVERYONE has both Life and Death. Everyone lives and everyone dies. Everyone has forever to be dead or they may live forever in heaven with Jesus. Or they may live forever with 72 virgins. There are many different beliefs, but one outcome. Don't let your desire for a particular outcome keep you from the right one.
So, if everyone has death, the only difference is the life. Some lives are snuffed out by an abortionist, others die very young which is sad, still others live long and make others suffer and die, such as Fidel Castro, Pol Pot, Stalin, Hugo Chavez, Howard Dean, and Ted Kennedy.

My bet is that anyone here has chosen life!
I consider life a gift, and I think we should value it. Am not sure I'd call it a privilege, but we should definitely seek to enjoy it as much as we can, and do whatever good we can while alive.
Death, to me, is simply the end of that life, and not the start of another.

Obviously I choose life as an alternative lifestyle, but I have no fear of death. Death is the cessation of life, as ultimate as a ticking clock. I consider life as a privilege. Death is but an end to it.

To enjoy life on earth is practical . To think of what to do after death is abstract.
