Harry is the son of James Potter and Lily there is no question about it, this was confirmed 100% when people asked if Harry was Remus's son and again when people asked if he was Sirius's son, so no Harry is James's son.

J.K.Rowling herself even said that Voldemort never had and never will have any children.
