I had a baby on may 3rd after that I haven't got my period yet, does anybody know how long it takes to get again. I'm not breastfeeding anymore if that helps. Please help. Is it normal not to have my period yet?

I had my son at the end of April and my first period at the very end of May. I think it's pretty normal to not have it yet. My doctor was surprised that I did. My friend didn't have hers until her daughter was 6 months old. It depends on the person. Don't worry:).

I had my baby on May 6th and I had my period exactly 6 weeks after she was born- I breastfed for only 2 weeks. It depends on how long you were breastfeeding for as to when you will get your period again. When did you stop breastfeeding? Have you had your postpartum check up?

I had my baby in April and got a period the beginning of June. It will vary from woman to woman but it's normal to not get a period for a few months after due to your body adjusting to not being pregnant anymore.

I breastfeed and my period took nine months to come back. If you have just stopped breastfeeding you will probably get one in the next month or so. Although it depends alot on how quickly your hormones get themselves in order!

i got mine approx. a month and a half after.but it could take longer... normally you don't start ovulating until 2 months after giviong birth, at least thats what the doctor told me, he also refused to give me birth control until i got my 2 month exam.
