The best ps2 games are Devil May Cry series, Grand Theft Auto series,and the Grand Turismo series are good as well...
But listen,if you consider the best ps2 game being the best sold ps2 game, then it is Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas with (12 million) copies sold.

Grand theft auto or final fantasy series. EBGames or Gamestop usually have a nice section for cheap PS2 games
