How can i lose weight fast?

i'm 13 and i wanna lose weight quickly.i'm 10 lbs overweight and i want to lose it badly. i was considering doing the grapefruit diet for about 6 days or something, then just eating wat my mom eats(she eats healthy because she is diabetic).

I cant do vigorous excercise and i don't have good stamina(and i don't have time to build it up)

i don't really eat much. and i could probably just start eating only 1000 calories a day (cut my usual intake in half)

i need help because i feel like if i don't lose the weight, then i'll just become a bulimic.

I think the best is to strive for your goal of losing ten pounds, just make not eating and thinking about losing weight the biggest thing you think about everyday.

Seriously I weighed 185lbs 7 years ago and I lost 55 pounds over a school year. I just stayed self-conscious and ate a bag of chips for lunch and cereal for dinner and did minimal exercise. I lost about a pound a day and weighed only 130lbs by the end of the school year.

becoming bulimic or anerexic is really unhealthy and actually at first you will gain weight. if you are that desperate you have bad self image issues. start walking and just don't over eat. i really hope you don't become desperate enough to become bulimic. maybe get a few shirts you look really good in to help boost your confidence.
