How can i lose weight fast?
i'm 13 and i wanna lose weight quickly.i'm 10 lbs overweight and i want to lose it badly. i was considering doing the grapefruit diet for about 6 days or something, then just eating wat my mom eats(she eats healthy because she is diabetic).
I cant do vigorous excercise and i don't have good stamina(and i don't have time to build it up)
i don't really eat much. and i could probably just start eating only 1000 calories a day (cut my usual intake in half)
i need help because i feel like if i don't lose the weight, then i'll just become a bulimic.
