If my marriage partner says they'll never have intercourse with me again,is it cheating if i had sex w/others?

Would i be cheating, would they have grounds for a divorce, what if i dont want a divorce... Can they force me into a divorce with or without me having a sexual relationship outside?

I do want to have a relationship with this person, i dont want a divorce, but they want to pressure me into a divorce by starting fights or ending sexual relations forever.

It sounds to me like he wants a divorce, and will do whatever it takes to get one. If he wants one that bad, I say give it to him. Don't cheat first however, that only makes things worse. Just give him the divorce, and move on!
