i don't dislike british people at all, just this one. what can i say that will truly piss him off? i want him hopping mad. he seems to hate americans and he is very proud of being british. i just want him angry at me.

Tease him about how many British children have been murdered by the IRA - do that and I guarantee that you will get him angry. Anyone in Britain will treat you with a cold and utter hatred if you taunt them about dead children.
And just to rub it in you can tell him that most of the IRA carbombs were funded by AMERICANS!
