I usually use liquid or pencil eyeliner, but I bought a gel liner to try it out. I heard that it isn't safe to put gel eyeliner on the waterline... is this true? The one I bought is smudge-proof and waterproof. Helppp!

absolutely, but, if it stings or ur eye gets irritated, stop. i put gel on my waterline, but usually not liquid...

certain you should use gel liner on your waterline. this is likely safer (a lot less in all chance to flake) with a pencil liner, yet i take advantage of HIP Gel Liner on my waterline universal. in basic terms ascertain you at the prompt are not getting it on your eye.

gel eyeliner probably isnt that great to put on your waterline. it'll get into your eye and HURT.

yeahh, I would say no = / for one thing, you might get an eye infection, and it'll probably smudge after a while.

I've never experience any harmed from it, but it can be different for u. It depends, most ppl can be irritated by it, others not.
