Yes they do becuz thy r equal to men. Theres no difference. Sikhs all are warriors women and men both. Any sikh women wearing it should feel very proud of it. Its not to attack people but for self deffense, to remind her that she never needs a guy to fight her fights or standup for her, cuz shez brave enough to stand up for herself. Sikhs shouldnt also be celebrating rakhi(raksha brother) that is also hindu celebrations which sikhs do celebrate but our gurus have taught us we also dont need our brothers to protect us. Thats why we are given the sword to show as a symbol that we are strong inside and out

The covering of hair with turban was made official by Guru Gobind Singh Ji, the tenth Guru of Sikhs. The main reason is to preserve the Sikh identity. Carrying a kirpan (a small ceremonial knife or dagger) is symbolic of the religious teaching that Sikhs are ready to defend the weak and the poor at all times.. Carrying a kirpan is one of the Sikh’s five articles of faith that they are commanded to follow.

From what I understand, pumpkin, Sikhism teaches equality between men and women and makes no distinction between them with regard to the Five Ks, so I'd say yes, they do.
