cable modem problems?

I have cox motorola cable modem. the cable modem keeps disconnecting the internet every afternoon. I don't know why it keeps disconnecting. the power and receive indicator is solid on. the send indicator keeps blinking. It happens about 2 to 4 pm.

Do you have it set in the router to turn it off at a certain time uou might check this.
