I wasn't kidding when I said there's nothing on it. I've had a friend who's in school for computers look at it, there's nothing taking up all this space. :c

It won't let me format because my windows version is on it or something. And I tried deleting system restore history but it didn't change anything. :c

First off go to Start, Programs, Accessories, System Tools, System Restore. Create a restore point. Name it whatever you want to name it. Go to start, settings, control panel, add/remove programs. Scroll through the list and remove those you are not using. Google the program if you are not sure what it is. Left click, My Computer. Right click Local disk"C". Left click Properties. Left click Disk Cleanup. PC will search for various files. ALL these files can be deleted. Did that help?
