How do I gain weight?

Basically I'm 15, 5"4 and I weight 8.2stone or something and I don't really think I eat enough, but I just don't have much of an appetite to be honest, this time last year I was actually only 7.7stone, so I'm quite proud of what I've gained anyway:D but I still get people telling me that I'm soo skinny, which I know and really annoys me, don't get me wrong, I don't mind my size, it's just I feel really unhealthy, all I really eat isjunk foodd anyway... and I don't really do much excersise except walking to and from school and p.e one a week for an hour... and actually, thinking about it, I could've gained that weight before because I lost my paper round as they stopped the whole thing-_- but yeah, I just want to put a bit on:))

I don't eat the junk food to gain weight, I'm just a really fussy eater haha, I do try to have a salad everyday with my tea though, so I'm not that unhealthy haha:))

basically do this:

eat everything in sight
go to the gym at least 5 days a week
read everything in sight about proper muscle building

moral is, you cant change your frame, so the only healthy way is muscle. you need to find a routine thats right for you, but for now, just eat everything and work out.

To gain weight all you need to do is eat more calories than you can use. Find an online calorie calculator and see how much you need to eat in a day

Also don't just eat junk food to gain weight. There are other side effects that make it not worth the cost.

Honestly though you should just eat healthy and eat the right amount of calories per day. This is the best habit you can get in and will increase your life time and happiness. Ignore the people calling you to skinny and eat correctly it is worth it in the end.
