Yes AKO presents Rosetta stone free for personnel and their dependents. Sadly the navy is the only one who does this. My cousin used it after they PCSd to Germany a number of years in the past. Being Navy, I haven't any proposal the place to seek out it in AKO although, I simply don't forget gazing her sign on and using it.
