Motor patrol cops dont wave back?

Ever notice the police on bikes dont wave back? wtf? They also ride side by side instead of staggered.

I got one to wave back once. I think I surprised him. They are on the job, not out for a joy ride.

They are trained to ride side by side. Some states allow side by side riding by motorcyclists. Just because it's allowed and some people do it, doesn't mean it's safe for everyone. Staggered riding is safer.
