How much is an all metal 10 gallon igloo cooler worth? when did they stop putting metal spouts on them?

Even the spout is metal. It's in fair condition and the IGLOO logo is very visible. Looking for a general value. What year did the spouts go to plastic?

Right now they are asking about $70 for them on eBay, but I don't believe anyone will pay that much. My best guess would be a value of about $30. But follow them to the expiration date.
