How to install usb drivers on a blank laptop without cd, dvd or any disk rom.?

The laptop will not read a flash drive which has a copy of windows. The laptop is blank. Not really, it has ubuntu installed.
It has a HDMI port, a network card and port and 3 USB ports.
Any help is welcome.

You do not need a driver. Change bios to enable a usb boot device and then boo from the flash drive. t. It will find the windows 7 install program and it will run it. You will have to supply a genuine authentication number.

you shoudnt need a driver you should be able to acess it from the bios
