Lay down bulking and start toning instead?
Hey,
I ve been working out for some time now and have a good basic form, I ve been doing strength training and no cardio. I want to get visible abs and a more toned body. Right now i work out 2-3 times a week strength training but I ve decided to lay down bulking and go for toning and getting ripped instead. If any of you have a good guide for this or explain how it works that d be great. I try to eat good foods with alot of protein and carbs, and i will involve cardio and abs training too just i dont know yet how often this should be, thanks in advance!
