I am getting annoyed by girlfriends immaturity, lack of inititative, and naive reactions minor troubles in life what do i do?

I love my girlfirend but she is immature because everything is a sex joke and looks phalic to her and she makes inappropriate sex comments in front of people. she has no initiative because she is fine with being demoted at where we work, wakes up at noon everyday, doesnt go to school, or intern where as i work 32 hours and do 10-15 credits at college. and doesnt follow through on what she says she will do. lastly she acted like losing her great grandfather was a earth shattering event in front of me when i have lost both my parents and 2 grandparents at 20. and acts like she needs to decompress when i do work and school every day.

Im tired of it should i talk to her and if she doesnt change leave the relationship?

Everyone has different levels of motivation, emotional need, psychological coping and physical ability. You can't expect her to be exactly like you. If you want someone who doesn't make sex jokes, has more initiative, goes to school, works harder, follows through on her promises, and doesn't need so much "decompression" time, then find someone else. I seriously doubt that you are going to change her fundamental personality in any significant way. You will both be better off with partners who accept you as you are and share your values.
