okay this is situation i gave some library books belong LA city library -the books were
on time but my friend
accidenly returned to LA county libray
the books eventually got book but there
now overdue fees
so who should pay the overdue fee?

I don't know about LA but where I live, as long as you return them to a library in the same area, you have handed the book in, if you lent the books to your friend and she gave them in late then it is her responsibility however if you gave them to her to drop them off then you are probably to blame for being lazy xxx
