It's a start however, these are not very intense exercises and you are only using body weight as resistance.

Well you coud get more definition. But weight lifting will get you the most muscles. I used to do 300 push ups a day in 8th grade. I will tell you this: nothing changed. I dont know about chin uos though.

It doesn't hurt, but you aren't going to get strong and muscular.

If you want to get strong and muscular you have to lift free weights. Period.
