I preordered an album of eBay right. So I got the email confirmation that my payment went through and a few days later I get an email that the album was shipped which doesn t make sense because it isn t out yet. And then today I check the seller s account and see they no longer are registered on their. I really think I just got scammed. I want my money back but don t know how. What do I do?

If the seller got "NARUed" (Not A Registered User) by eBay then what you do next mostly depends on how long ago you PAID for this item.
If 30 days or less have passed since the time you paid for it, contact eBay through their resolution center:

Now...
If that doesnt work (if it's more than 30 days -or some other reason) you can open a claim with Paypal .
Failing that you can always contact your credit card company linked to your Paypal and have the charge reversed if you don;t get what you paid for.
