Can doing 50 pushups 50 sit-ups a day for 1 month make you lose a slightly fat chest and lose tummy weight and begin to gain abs?
I’ve got a summer holiday in less than a week and idk I’m just gonna try so I’ll do 50 push-ups a day and 50situps a day, while watching what I eat. With occasional trips to the gym(once a week?). What do you predict i can achieve if im a 6’0 teen who has a slightly big tummy no abs and moobs?
