Calorie requirements vary even for same gender, weight and height. I have observed that it also varies seasonally with hours of daylight. The best way to determine your calorie requirements is to keep a record of calories consumed and weight, along with waist measurement, skinfold caliper readings and an estimate of calories burned working and exercising.
