If i practically starved myslelf and only ate vegetables would I lose weight fast? ?
Let’s say I needed to lose weight in a week, if I didn’t eat anything but breakfeast and dinner , and in the breakfeast in dinner only having vegetables or boiled eggs for protein and went outside a few hours a day (walking around, swimming , not really hardcore exercise in my opinion) would I lose a good amount of weight? If so how much would be estimated to lose?
