Who would win in a fight between Superman, Batman and Spiderman and why?
Personally I think Batman would win. He can simply use Kryptonite for disabling Superman and use his blades for cutting Spiderman's web.

Wrath has it down pat. But I do believe that if it were an impromptu battle, then I'd have to go with Spider-man. While his strength isn't anywhere near Supes' level, his agility and speed is right up there. But that isn't the main reason why he'd end up on top. I just know that Bats would be able to take down Superman with Web-head's help, and then it'd be Bats against Spidey. While Bats would give Spider-man a run for his money, Spidey's spider-sense would give him the drop on Bats.
But then again, like wrath said... if everyone's prepared for this battle, knowing who was gonna show up, I'd go with Bats. I'm sure he'd have Kryptonite for Supes and the same mist that the Spider-slayer used to negate the wall-crawler's spider-sense.

Here, the dark horse (no pun intended) has got to be Batman. Spiderman will put up a decent fight with Superman. He will annoy Superman using his agility & amazing sense of humour. But, when Superman catches him, he will finish Spidey off with a huge fist blow!
By that time, Batman will be able to summon some help like Green Lantern or Manhunter also not to forget Robin & Batgirl. These guys will work on some plan from Batman to send Superman in some extra terrestial place or will simply defeat him with kryptonite. Superman might win at this place if & only if he outsmarts Batman or is able to knock Batman off early in the battle.

This is one of those situations where the Boy Scout motto "Be Prepared" would become a matter of life and death.
If they were to meet at a pre-arranged time and place, able to make whatever preparations they could, and then square-off at the sound of a bell, then I would have to go with Batman. He'd know enough to plan ahead and have Kryptonite on him. Dealing with Spider-man would be a different story, but I'd imagine that he'd arrive with some sort of web-dissolving gel in his utility belt.
If all hell broke loose at a friendly meeting of the three, I'd have to go with Superman. He can simply think and react much faster than the other two can even comprehend.
I'd like to point out that Batman was able to defeat Supes in The Dark Knight Returns, but only with the help of Green Arrow.

Tough call...but as much as I like Batman, here's what I think would happen:
Bats realizes Superman is the biggest threat, so he pulls out Kryptonite from his belt and throws it at him, disabling Superman. Spidey takes advantage and knocks down Bats and takes the belt and sticks Bats to his web. Spider-Man wins

"Brain is mightier than brawn"
Batman can definitely over come Superman and Spiderman. Spiderman's only distinctive factor is the his spider sense, but Batman can well exploit the weaknesses of a spider. Superman has been "defeated" by Bats on more than one occassion and mind you, Batman always carries kryptonite with him.

batman, its already been finished. batman is paranoid and continually carrys round somewhat kryptonite. and then spiderman may be an easy strive against for batman. he's the splendid martial artist of all time...

Definately Batman, because he is super without being born with special powers being bitten by a radioactive bug.

J. Jonah Jamison would win. His papers would make millions covering the event, no matter how it turned out!
