Information about the Aztec Civilization?

For space and time reasons I can't help with all your topics, however, I'd be happy to share what I know about some Aztec rituals, and some interesting facts.

-The word chocolate comes from the Aztec chocolatl. Chocolate was made into a spicy beverage served hot.

-The Aztec capitcal city was Tenochtitlan.

-Aztecs often sacrificed people to their gods, they would take prisoners of war up a large pyramid, where four priests would hold the arms and legs. A fifth priest would drive a flint knife into the victim's chest. The still-beating heart would then be placed into a jade bowl, and the body thrown down the pyramid to be eaten.

They were a pretty interesting people...
