how i can conect a dvd-rom from withnout CPU and send video and audio to a Monitor to my car?

i want to conect a DVD rom from PC to my car like a DVD player

    You can't. A DVD-ROM does not contain any decoder electronics and therefore cannot playback DVDs without a computer.
