I a JOB interview ,if asked "what makes you think you're the best candidate?" what would you answer?

say this with confidence "Based on my qualifications , I feel that I would be a real asset to your organization".

with many of these questions they are trying to make you reveal something about you that sends alarm bells ringing - so be careful. What they are really asking is what do you think are the best things about you. Working with many different personalities is very important so I would say I have a bright and friendly personality and I try to make everyone grateful that they have me as a workmate - even if it isnt true! :)

You can't even spell and you're thinking about job interviews? Are you kidding?

Your answer may be : because I think am well qualified for this job, and have ambition to develop or progress in both myself and job tasks.

when they ask that question they are not going to hire you its a employer way to make you stumble and think , if they like what they see they say when can you start, don't take it personal its just from my experience

In my belief I am not only good but best, give me an opportunity to prove it

You didnt give much info ... whatever your + are mention them.. for example, I have experience in this position and feel that I will be an assett to this company...
