What is my problem??? I need advice?
Everyone tells me how nice and sweet I am, inclusive of my son and people who really know me well. Most of my friends think I do not want a man, but I do. They think I am just joking as usual and say I deserve a good man, but they don't feel I want one. I am an attractive lady, yet a little overweight--not a hippo, just about 30-45 lbs overweight. Many of all races say I am pretty or cute or attractive and all say I have a warm smile. Some say I am too darned
I really never get approached by good ones, only the jerks or ones who I do not want to be with--not because of looks alone, but because of hygeine, etc.. I finally got enough nerve to ask this man at church if he was seeing somenone. He did like me, but I was nervous to find out. ANyway, Sunday,he rejected me. He said I was too late...LOL. He is a nice man, a little arrogant, but nice. I want to know signals when a man likes me.
I have been married before, but husband is deceased for over 10 years. Please help?

It not you in my opinion I'm going through something similar,i Believe God Has something for us that's going to make us just flip.we
just have wait and not be in such a rush for my one our one ex husband came to my house a few weeks ago to inform me he found someone like me,The lady was in the car with him.So being the nut that I went out to meet her, Anywho just be patient God Has the one we are made for. I've gained about 30 extra after two aneurysms and two strokes in 1999

I am sorry to hear about your husband. You have been out of the game for a while. There are still a few good guys out there. If men are concerned about weight and looks, they are not the right men for you. Look for a man who glances at you. One who when you look his direction, he looks down, and loses eye contact. You don't need an arrogant man. Search for one who has a heart. Don't be afraid to show yours. God bless.

If you catch them looking at you or if you find them popping up and talking to you for no apparent reason, things like that.
It is good to ask him out. I think that a lower-risk one is to say that you should hang out sometime and let him take some initiative.
