Does anyone know the trick to walking into mirrors?

See above. Can anyone tell me specifically the sensations produced, the state of mind to be in, what to focus on, etc?

    i think that walking thru a mirror to a world on the other side is really a fairy tale. i mean, i have tried to slip thru unnoticed - i was a kid back then - and in all my innocence , i still couldn't find the way.
