    Undergraduate students haven't graduated from college (gotten their Bachelor's Degree). Graduate students are the students who come back for more education after all that.

    under graduate is one who is under going the graduation curriculum . thats he is still in learning period .A graduate on the other hand is the one who has finished a specific curriculum. in a way learned.
