breast implants..?

I think that you should do what is going to make you the happiest. We all have little things that we would change or "fix" on our bodies, If your self esteem or confidence is lacking because of your perception about your breasts then you need to address the solution. The pros and cons are about equal so it really boils down to why you want to make the change, it's your body, make your self happy! Dear lady of course Size matters but dont go for the artificial size.

The natural is the best thing allways and for ever.

The silicons might not suit all and may cause trouble in later stages.Moreover most of the guys like natural texture and firmness not the artificial one.
