inner thigh work out?
Help! I am a tall thin girl but I can't stand these flabby legs of mine ;_; is there something I can do at home to work out my inner thighs? I don't have any sort of weight machine...

Lie on your side, top leg bent and foot on floor...raise and lower the bottom leg (while holding it straight)...or stand on your right leg, and swing your left leg across to the right to work that inner thigh, then switch legs...
Do plie' (sp?) stand with your legs apart, feet out, knees wide, and squat...do now allow your butt to drop lower than your knees...

I've found that using light weight ankle weights and doing leg lifts helps. Try lying on your back and doing a horizontal split (V) in the air and then bringing your legs together. This works the inner and outer thighs. Another exercise is to stand facing a chair and do leg lifts and "hydrants" with the ankle weights in place. (A hydrant is the same motion a dog uses when using a fire hydrant. It's a bent leg lift to the side).

Your'e 14, so i do no longer comprehend how apprehensive approximately fat thighs you will desire to be. however the ingredient that worked for me isn't any kidding, the thigh grasp. i bought one for inexpensive off ebay and that i take advantage of it each and every time i'm observing t.v or analyzing. That way you get alot of workout in while your doing different issues.
