Put your arm in a sling all the time! Everyday you need to do exercises to strengthen the tendons in your arm. Bend over so your arm is hanging at a right angle to the ground and then gentle make small circles with your arm. Gradually make the circles bigger.

As a child I always remember on long car rides my brother and I would be playing, when he would accidently dislocate my shoulder. In order to fix it my mom would hold my arm (upper and lower) and twist it back into place. It hurts a lot, but I'm fine now, and this happened to me on numerous occasions.

Put arm in a sling and strap to body for a week or so to let it heal. I am assuming it is reduced.
