I've been there and that can be a tricky situation, specially when you don't have much intimacy yet.

Try to carry some mint and offer him before you get too cozy, if you do it frequently, he may get the hint.

With time you can bring it up in a gentle and positive way. He won't take any offense if you show that you care for him and his feelings.

Kissing is a wonderful sensual thing. Don't miss out on it because of bad breath. Just tell him nicely. Maybe offer him mints or something. Tell him you love kissing but the bad breath needs to be taken care of.

I would go to the store a purchase mouthwash, toothpaste, dental floss. Everything that he would need to take care of bad breath. Then I would have a private conversation with him about his bad breath. Severe bad breath is sometime a signal that something serious is wrong. I would also suggest that he see a dentist. If this is your man there is nothing that you can't talk about. Good luck.

An easy way to handle it is to carry mints or gum in your purse. When you are with "stinky breath man", pull out the gum, take a piece, then offer one to him. When he accepts and you do kiss him, tell him that you like how minty he tastes. He might get the hint and start brushing his teeth before he sees you. Or he might at least carry gum with him so you can enjoy his minty fresh breath.

If she is in a relationship with this guy she should be able to be honest with him. If his breath is that bad he might have problems with his teeth or a gum disease and should have it looked into. Otherwise, offering him a breath mint or asking him to please brush his teeth or use a mouthwash before kissing him might give him the hint he needs.

I couldnt be with him at all. There is no nice way to tell someone that. But if your in a relationship with someone, you should be able to say anything to them so I would just tell him to up his mouth maintenance or get checked by a doctor because not all bad breath cases can be solved with toothpaste, mints or mouth wash.

hot garbage? man thats rough. My hubby usually comes home with all day breath and i want to kiss him but i let him know...not until he takes care of the breath. :) the only way to do it is to be honest.

That is a tough one. Offer mints or something prior to kissing. Or just come out and say it. I don't think there is really a way without hurting their feelings.

easy---u tell him lets go brush our teeth and floss and use mouthwash---and u have a tootbrush ready for him...tell him that u enjoy brushing together....and then do it together...he will do it just because u asked him to and u are doing it with him....watch and see....works for me
