Well for starters it costs a lot of money and secondly, it's up to our beloved government to provide for his people and country.

NO!,so don't hold your breath.>>>I have always thought 50% of the money CAMELOT take in should be ploughed into NHS for all purposes, in I year it would solve most O/s problems and forget all the deserving cases some of the money now goes to, I don't agree with the decisions

nicely performed, Puddleduck for protecting off the fags!!! that's totally troublesome or perhaps after years I nonetheless sense that i ought to like to get rid of darkness from. And if the following day they presented that cigs were okay to smoke then i ought to initiate back immediately...yet i don't recognize no matter if the tax from the sale of cigarettes can help keep the NHS ticking. If that changed into the case then why ought to the authorities spend quite some funds to encourage those who smoke to end? ought to they extremely favor to loose that type of gross sales for good? i have heard that the money they assemble from the taxes on ciggies bypass to anti-smoking campaigns and none of that funds bypass to the NHS or to regulate those who smoke. There are also anti-smoking charities and that i'm sensible they get a great bite of this funds. Nicorette products must be obtained loose from the NHS besides. So why ought to they bypass into this huge expenditure in simple terms to shoot themselves in the foot by using loosing quite some taxes from those who smoke?

Because it would make sense and it would be too easy. just like the state i live in has no lottery. Why not. And they all complain about our school systems being so bad. They don't want to spend that little bit of money.

NHS already is a postcode lottery.. Depends on where you live if you get the best treatment for specific Illnesses.

That's a great idea. I like that mind you've got [both for it's care of society and the ingenuity], how do you fancy doing some charity work? Feel free to not agree, and have a nice day regardless of what the answer is.

They tried it once, but for some reason it folded. I thought it was a great idea at the time. I don't think the money was going towards nurses' pay, though?
