Band-Aid makes a very good spray for relief of itching, I just can't remember the name of it, but it has calamine lotion in it. Also, Caladryl is very good.

If you don't want to use a bug spray because of sensitive skin, dryer sheets can keep them away. So does eating oranges. I've tried them and it works. Great way so you don't have to spray down. Or you could try this natural, made for baby bug spray I found online
