What would the world be like if everybody took everything literally?

haha you and i have the same imagination. i get made fun of for going off topic sometimes and bringing things up that are completely random.

to answer, a lot of more people would be dead because people say all the time things like:

"I'd kill her if she did that"

"Somebody shoot me I forgot my hw"

"I'd die for an ice cream cone right now"

"Over my dead body will she date him"

etc etc etc..

People would have to really think before speaking and choose their words carefully. ....Hmmmm. Sounds good.

PS - NOBODY would believe that it's raining cats and dogs, things are being sold like hotcakes, and even fu*k you would seem odd...

That would be totally stupid its just like saying "I can eat a whole horse" and that person actually doing that you know that is totally wrong!!

If I "took everything", literally, I would be the richest person in the world.
