What to see on Jeju Do?

I am going to Jeju Do for 6 days over Chusok, and am curious as to any suggestions as to what to see. Been before, but I know I missed lots that time too. We are renting scooters so traveling to out of the way places won't be too difficult. We will arrive on the Sunday and are leaving sometime Friday.

Best way to see Jeju-do is to hire a taxi-driver/tour-guide. They're usually proud natives who are eager to show you the best sites. They're also known for being good at taking romantic (i.e., cheesy) photos of honeymoon couples.

My personal favorite is Woo-do ("do" means island, you'll need to take a boat/ferry to get there). It is breathtaking.

If I went to Jeju, I'd spend the entire time on the beach. That is what most people do.
