Chinese?? More came for the gold rushes, and the Southern Pacific Railroad used a lot of Chinese labour.

This answer has nothing to do with your question. I posted a question about how the army will meet its recruiting goals. In my post, I quoted that the Army is accepting people upto 42 years of age, with low IQ scores, and WAIVERS FOR THOSES WITH CRIMINAL RECORDS!
Your answer that none of the Armed Services accept anyone with a record is wrong.
BTW, just to let you know, chances of you getting voted as best answer, slim to nill.
