You should try heel inserts (go to your local shoe repair shop or shoe boutique). You stick them onto the heel portion of the inside of your wedges and they will prevent your heel from slipping out of your shoes.

As well, how is your posture when your walk. Sometimes slipping out of heels is caused by:

    1. walking with your weight forwards (including looking at the floor). Keep your back straight and look forward when you walk.

    2. taking steps with knees slightly bent (i.e. not extending leg naturally when taking each step).

    good luck!

Go to a shoe repair shop and ask them for heel inserts. They are a stick on piece of leather that you adhere to the back of the shoe and prevents the slipping.

You sound like you walk on high heels like a man does. That is to say, you walk on the heel. Most women wearing high heels walk on tiptoe. The heel is there in case you need to set it down when you stop walking, but if you walk on the heel, you're going to turn an ankle. Learn to walk on tiptoes if you insist on wearing those CFMPs.

Buy ankle strap heels and you're done with that problem
