WHY SOMETIMES when I POST a question on YAHOO answers,I got negative POINTS WHY???

Everyone loses 5 points for asking a question. You can regain points by answering questions, choosing best answers and voting for best answers to unresolved questions. If you choose a best answer, you automatically get 3 points back. It makes sense to me to ask for information, we loose points, but to provide information, we gain points.

My dear...they deduct 5 points for every question you post!! You need to answer some questions to get back those points. You should read the rules before playing the game. It helps;)

It all depends on the question....... are you respectful?? If not, people slam you.

I am sure that you are aware that it costs five points to ask a question. You can get three points back for choosing best answer.
