Mitsubishi Montero Sport... Is there any body who replaced the spark Plugs in this kind of vehicle? or the only way is send it to the mechanic, dealer or autorize center?

Definitely get a Hayne's manual. Everyone should have one for their car...they're only $10-15 and are year/model specific. Take a look in there and see what it says. It may just be a matter of removing a small piece, or going underneathe of the vehicle, or there may just be some kind of trick. The books typically detail all of these and include pics as well.

If no one can answer you here, go to local autoparts or library and find a Hanes repair book. The book will tell you how to do it if you don't need to send it to a mechanic.
