I'm looking for work overseas like in Iraq, etc. I hear they pay well for a year of service, but can't find a legitimate company to appy with. Anyone done this before and can direct me to a legitimate company? I'm in the I T profession.

I'm constantly hearing on the radio, or seeing on TV that, Tobacco companies are targeting teens to encourage them to smoke cigarrettes. Where are these ads or targets? Do I not see them because I'm in my 40's? Is it a subliminal thing?

Haven't people gone a bit too far with this quit smoking thing? Can't smoke in your car. Can't smoke in your home, can't smoke outside.

I see a lot of questions here about religion, politics etc. I can see asking out of curiosity, but to compare, put down, and degrade doesn't make any sense. If everyone would quit pushing their beliefs on others, and keep it between their own people, maybe we wouldn't have all these problems with wars and hate crimes.

Anyone else want to add to this? I can't seem to express what I trully want to say. Besides, "Can't we all just get along?"

I'm looking to relocate and found that N. Carolina may be the place for me, any suggestions as to where I should go visit first? Preferrably an area that's affordable, I'm not a rich or wealthy city guy.

My Son went to see if he could get a car financed at a local Chevy dealer, they told him he could get, just needs my signature and info to insure the car. When he brings me the paperwork, it was for a loan. he said the saleman told him they were out of the forms, and for me to use the one he provided. Even after I told him it was a credit app, and that all they need to do was call the insurance company anddon't need my signature, my son was convinced by what the guy told him. I think the salesperson misled my son and should be reported for this. How and where do I report this to in NY?

I was told when raising a house with jacks, that you should only raise it so many inches a day or week etc. Does anyone know if this is true? If so, what is the amount it should be raised at one time. There are also sags on the wood floors, but no cracks or broken beams. Any suggestion on how to fix them.
